Good morning, I have recently purchased an OURA ring and there appears to be some data regarding HRV on it. My numbers are consistently quite low (around 10 or so). I have searched your website and it appears you may have not yet done an episode including how to improve your HRV and what it actually means. Could you include this topic in a future episode or point me in the right direction for some information. Kind regards

I bought the momentous 900 mg based on your sleep video and it did keep me asleep! I see it can also help with anxiety and depression and hormonal health and I could use help there. Can I take this at this dose for those issues daily or will it make me sleepy? Articles I read showed a much lower dose recommendation for other issues besides sleep.
