They also did not offer solutions for thriving in the environment we have created. What are your thoughts and what research can you point to that may offer some useful ways to protect ourselves when needed and to take advantage of the environment if possible.
Please do a podcast on how to properly protect ourselves from prolonged sun exposure! I am a mail carrier in Louisiana on a 10 mile walking route. There are conflicting views on sunblock. Is it betrer to wear lightweight long sleeved clothing? Also, can all day use of sunglasses send the wrong signals to our body causing our skin to burn easily?
