Go to sleep earlier if lose an hour

If you know you will lose an hour of sleep based on normal sleep schedule (wake at 5am vs normal 6am), is going to bed an hour earlier (sleep at 9pm vs 10pm) helpful? Asking based on QQRT model.

Walking Treadmill Desk Idea

I have used one for about 5 years. I started out at 1.8 mph and it took a couple of days to get used to walking and typing at the same time. Eventually I got up to 3.3 mph while working. The most miles I ever walked while working was 33 miles in a day and 171 miles in a week. Now I use a manual treadmill desk that is at a 13% incline. My distance has gone down but the intensity has gone up. And the whole set up only cost $150. Researchers at Stanford found that creativity increased by 60% when walking. Oppezzo, M., & Schwartz, D. Could you do an entire episode on all the benefits from using a walking treadmill desk to help motivate more people to join those of us that are experiencing the positive difference in our mental and physical health.

Glucose Goddess blood sugar advice

The glucose goddess recommends, among other things, veggie starters , and vinegar before a high carb meal to prevent unhealthy blood sugar spikes. Should most people be doing this? Are there any drawbacks to doing this? Is it similar to using berberine?
