Pandas syndrome

Can you please do an episode on Pandas and Autoimmune encephalitis ?? Do it with Attia. There needs to be more research, testing, funding, etc to help these poor parents and children.

effictive tracking of "health" over time

What are effective ways of tracking your general (mental)-health over time? I am looking for ways that are sustainable and are not to expensive in terms of time or money. I want to start making a number of changes but would like to see if they are effective and should be kept or not. I have no need for the "right" metric to measure the effect of a specific change. I am looking for a set of KPI's that would just indicate a trend. My general feeling is that ones cognitive abilities are influenced by a lot of factors and could serve in this manner. Obviously your cognitive abilities are metrics that are influenced by sleep, stress, diet, medication. Would that then make a nice catch-all kind of metric? And what cognitive abilities should I start measuring and how? Focus, elasticity, etc.? Changing I plan on making (one at a time): - omega3 fatty acids, to see if it helps with my adhd - the reduction of my adhd medication - sleep schedule - sport routines - learning a new language I work in IT landscape's and there is a lot you can measure to track the performance or general health of an IT system. But if you want to get to the absolute minimum you are probably down to: the number of user actions over time and the responsiveness of the system (f.e. Sales and the snappyness of a website) If either of those curves flattens or peaks unexpectatly you have hit a limit in the system. Is there not something similar when it relates to neuroscience and health?

ADHD and perimenopause

I'm posting this not so much as a question but more as a request as I understand there is a menopause episode coming up (which could probably be a 10 part series if not more). Having ADHD and perimenopause simultaneously is potentially very terrible. Wondering what tools, supplements, protocols, meditations, exercises etc could be used (outside of seeing multiple professionals, of course). Apparently some women discover they have ADHD when they hit perimenopause as symptoms flare up. Maybe they have had it all their life or developed it due to perimenopause (according to what I've read anyhow). In general, it would be really great to learn more about how perimenopause can affect the brain and therefore women's lives. I realize this is a complicated question with no simple answer, but any knowledge/awareness is more empowering than none. Thank you.

What studies have been planned/funded from the premium payments?

Premium for Huberman Lab has existed for a bit now. It would be interesting to know what kind of research is being planned or has been already funded from our payments.

BPC-157

I live in Australia & cant find a compounding company to supply me with BPC-157. I can purchase locally a product that is produced in the USA by Maxlife Naturals. They say that their product is 3rd party tested & that their product does not contain LPS - I am concerned ? Where is safe to purchase & do you know if I can get it in Australia ?
