What is your protocol for warming up after a cold plunge?
I do a 3 minute cold plunge at around 50*F when I wake up in the morning. I’ve tried a number of different methods for dealing with The Drop. What do you do to warm up after a cold plunge?
Is it true that viral waste can create lesions in the brain? Is it possible to eliminate lesions in the frontal lobe? Do you have any episodes that address viruses vs the brain?

An at home sauna is not currently practical for me due to space. I purchased a Bon Charge infrared blanket and have been enjoying it. It goes up to 176°. What are your thoughts on this or similar products as a space saving option for heat therapy?
