Rare Disease(no cure) - protocols/suggestions

Hi Dr Huberman - I have Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. (For those reading it is a disease with no cure and presents itself with benign tumors throughout the body.) I have tubers/tumors in the parietal lobes and a astrocytic harmatoma in one eye, focal epilepsy, and ADHD. Asides from that, have a DVT and on Eloquis. So.. your podcasts are very important and meaningful to me. Thank you! Questions 1) given the above, are there any of your protocols that you do NOT recommend? For example, is cold therapy ok when on blood thinners? 2) Being an opthalmologist, anything you do recommend? 3) anything else you would recommend ? Note: I am close with my doctors and anything you suggest will be reviewed by them before starting anything. Thanks again.

Could you share your thoughts on how shilajit might influence cognitive function and physical health? There's some research suggesting that shilajit can boost testosterone levels alongside potential benefits for cognitive function and overall physical health. Could you share your thoughts on the validity of these claims? Also, under what conditions might you recommend the use of shilajit? Thanks for your insights!
