Bumping all the past requests for discussing pregnancy related questions. As a student currently in a clinical rotation at a specialty pelvic health physical therapy clinic, I have learned so much about pregnancy and postpartum protocols for activity and pain management, and I wish every current and future momma had this information. In addition, the placenta is an interesting component to the relationship between mom and baby in that gestational period.
I'm in my early 30s and work a very physically demanding job. I'm starting to have symptoms of arthritis, most notably in my hands. Are there any protocols or supplements you can recommend to help? I would love to hear an episode on this! Thanks for your help :) As an aside, I have two English Bulldogs so hearing Costello's sweet snoring in the background of early episodes was so lovely!!
On the episode with Layne Norton, you spend a lot of time discussing alternate sweeteners but mostly focus on stevia and sucralose (splenda). I'm curious about your thoughts about sugar alcohol based sweeteners like erythritol. Are the reported GI issues real? Also curious about allulose. These seem like the popular sweeteners in today's "Keto" products.
