Advice tailored for endurance athletes

Can we get an episode specific to endurance athletes? Those of us that are getting 15, 20, or more hours of structured and intense training (on the bike for me) have different interests and needs than more sedentary people. Topics like overreaching/overtraining, recovering, adapting, performance, how to fuel training, impact on hormones, supplements, sleep, etc would be super helpful. While many of the previous podcasts are still relevant, there are some topics that just don't apply to somebody that is training heavy and trying to optimize race performance, even if it means sacrificing some health/wellness. Thanks!i

Sunscreen and vitamin d

You'd once mentioned something about being on the fence about sunscreen use and I've been hoping ever since that you'd elaborate. Also wondering about the latest studies debunking vitamin d supplementation. Thanks!

What are the genetic influences to mood disorder?

Any gene polymorphisms associated with dopamine, serotonin, and other neurotransmitters and molecules production? For example, if one was told that they have 5-HTTLPR genotype S/S is an indicator of poor serotonin regulation and they have to supplement with 5HTP and certain types of B vitamins. Is there a strong research on this, or a tool to sell something? Also, are there any other items in this emerging area? Thanks!

Seed Oils and Metabolic Disease

Does linoleic acid and its metabolites lead to chronic (or acute) metabolic/mitochondrial dysfunction?

Recovery from TBI and other physical injuries to the nervous system

You recently gave some brief advice for people who have suffered from a concussion. (No alcohol, HBOT, biofeedback, supplementation for brain health) Could you elaborate on this? Would some of the same advice apply to people who have suffered from other kinds of injury to the CNS? I am bouncing back from neurological Lyme disease and have found HBOT and interactive neuromuscular stimulation to be helpful, but my doctor and I are always looking for ways to speed up my recovery.
