Andrew, hello. Today is Sept. 30, 2024. Hurricane Helene passed over our community in Watauga County NC. I'm not sure how to phrase my question because it is multi-faceted. Perhaps, you could put together a protocol list, from previous shows, for people who have experienced devastation from a natural disaster. The few Hubermanlab podcasts I have watched have been enormously beneficial and extremely useful in navigating the tidal wave of emotions in myself, my family, and the strangers I'm meeting in our community. My suggestions: breathing techniques, gratitude, mental health ways of thinking, conflict into communication, sleep, trauma, grief, laughter and play, moving the body, motivation.
