Recently, we have recently tried to focus on food and the gut biome, for my daughter with treatment-resistant major depressive disorder. While she's waiting to get into a Ketamine program, we suspicious the Omegas are having a negative effect, not positive. How can we construct a personal study to better see that the Omegas are having a positive, negative or neutral/no effect?
Dear Andrew, I am a light sleeper who does not get great sleep at the best of times. I am post menopausal but that has not seemed to have made it worse.. It would help me and so many other folk if that urge to pee in the middle of the night would not wake us up, therefore eliminating the not being able to get back to sleep issue I am so often plagued with….It would be life changing….Any suggestions ?
