Hello, Can you please elaborate on the reasons why people are left/right handed and have brain dominance in one region? Secondly, if one has dominance in one side of the brain and major weakness in another side then how can one improve capability for the other side , if possible at all.
Greetings. Thank you very much for your extremely good work so far. I was wondering how intense overexersing (2+ hours every day), and calorie deficit (low carb low fat high protein diet) has on the body and mind. How it affects adrenaline-cortisol, cholesterol and the liver. And how those affect sleep, apetite, mood and craving (food disorders). Personally i am experiencing out of balance liver markers, waking up too early and multipletimes during the night feeling fully energized, brain fog, and started to have bulimic episodes.
Can you address in a future podcast why fasting (or in ketosis) can cause sleep issues (waking up) and any supplementation that may help. Ps Your podcast on sleep supplements including adding L-Theanine has helped my sleep quality immensely (non fasted state). THANK YOU! Sadly hasnt fixed my sleep quality during fasts. Your podcast is incredible. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!
Thank you for your excellent podcast! I believe that you look at red light (660 nm & 850 nm) at about 2 feet for 1-2 minutes a week during 1st 3 hours in the morning. Can you mention the brand that you use or any brands you wouldn't mind your close friends using. I'm really hesitant to buy a red light panel without knowing that the brand is good quality.
