Egg yolk effect on cholesterol levels and cardiovascular health
Hello, for years I have seen countless arguments between the idea that egg yolks are very high in cholesterol and should be avoided while others say they do no harm. I understand that the dose makes the poison, but I was just wondering what your thoughts were towards this argument. Thanks again for all you do for the scientific community!
Does yerba mate's benefits outweigh the risks of hydrocarbons?
Hi Andrew, I have been researching more about yerba mate, and I have seen several studies about the high prevalence of PHAs in yerba mate. Have you read these studies? Do the benefits outweigh the risk from consuming these hydrocarbons?

Good morning. I have recently discovered your podcast and am really enjoying it. I am a first responder with PTSD and have been off work for a year. It would be nice if you could do a deep dive into PTSD and treatments. I am medicated with an antidepressant (trintellix), a mood stabilizer (lamotrigine), and a stimulant (Dexedrine), I have done dTMS for depression and am now starting EMDR.
