Effects of overexersing and calorie deficit on health, sleep, apetite, psychology, food disorders and Adrenaline-Cortisol-Cholesterol and Liver markers

Greetings. Thank you very much for your extremely good work so far. I was wondering how intense overexersing (2+ hours every day), and calorie deficit (low carb low fat high protein diet) has on the body and mind. How it affects adrenaline-cortisol, cholesterol and the liver. And how those affect sleep, apetite, mood and craving (food disorders). Personally i am experiencing out of balance liver markers, waking up too early and multipletimes during the night feeling fully energized, brain fog, and started to have bulimic episodes.

Left & Right brain dominance

Hello, Can you please elaborate on the reasons why people are left/right handed and have brain dominance in one region? Secondly, if one has dominance in one side of the brain and major weakness in another side then how can one improve capability for the other side , if possible at all.

Post Menopausal HRT Treatment and osterperosis

I want to know the latest research on whether or not a fit and otherwise healthy but post menopausal woman - 63 years old - with recently diagonised osterperosis can start taking HRT now. I didn't take HRT at all as I thought it was bad for me. Now I sincerely regret it and have recently been diagonised with osterperosis in the wrists. Is it too late for me to begin taking HRT to try to reverse the osterperosis? And what are the downsides of taking osterperosis medication and is there an alternative? Will my bone density increase with regular weight bearing exercise or am I stuck with this diagnosis, no matter what I do? Is my only option to stop the osterperosis from getting worse? Can you do a full episode on post menopausal health? thanks so much. Your work is wonderful and soooo appreciated.

Neuroplasticity and dementias (Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinsons) — Protocols for protecting the brain?

Hello! Thank you so much for all the excellent content you and your team do. I am researching into dementias — alzheimer's, MS, Parkinsons.. and I would truly appreciate if you could dedicate a podcast episode to talk about what is known on dementias.. some of the latest research suggests that it may be an auto-immune response, and some suggest steering away from amyloid plaques... Personally, both my grandmother have passed away from Alzheimer's.. I know there is a gene that increases the probability of Alzheimer's.. are there any lifetime protocols that could "protect us" or at least reduce the probability of Alzheimer's developing? (and other dementias of course) Thank you again!
