Are eye masks sufficient for the darkness requirement? Are they less efficient than being in a room of darkness? Are they better than nothing when you can’t dim the lights - i.e. sleeping on an airplane? Follow up question: how would one go about sleeping on an airplane?
Can you do a segment on these and other cellular pathways, and discuss how they regulate cell growth, or don't, and the implications for these and other pathways for common diseases: cancer, ms, diabetes... It would be interesting to hear more about how brain cells are impacted as cellular signaling in these pathways alter cell development. AND how does how normal and supplement nutrition help or hinder these pathways as they do what they do.
