Netflix

Honest question requiring an honest answer: Is it really bad to binge on Netflix if it's only done on occasions that don't interfere with neither duties nor healthy lifestyle? Yes, I've read Dr. Lembke's book.

Could you please discus mouth taping? The risks and benefits of mouth taping. The practice of mouth taping has profoundly changed the way I sleep for the better and I would like your thoughts on it.

Taking paracetamol daily

I might've overrheard or just simply misunderstood some info about taking paracetamol, ibuprofen or any other type of these pharmaceuticals and dosing them to half a pill a day. No idea which guest of yours said this info but I'm pretty sure I've heard this. So what's your opinion on taking half a pill of these drugs every day, even though I'm not in any sort of pain. Just simply for building immunity or taking it as a supplement. Might seem silly this question but I'm genuinely curious. Thank you.

Low solar angle in the summertime for people who live way North

Hi Andrew. I’ve heard you talk multiple times about procedures for how to deal with sunlight in the wintertime when you live north (I live in Denmark) and how important sunlight timing is for sleep. However what about summertime when the sun rises at 3-4am and doesn’t set until 11pm? What’s the procedure in regards to sleeping schedule? I assume it wouldn’t make much sense going to bed 1130pm or midnight and waking up at 4am for the entire summer period due to insufficient sleep. I guess my question comes down to what constitutes low solar angle? If the sun rises at 4am is it still low at say 8-9am that same day? How do us northerners deal with the summertime sunlight? Kind regards Nicolai
