I am a professional athlete (an ice-hockey referee in Switzerland to be precise) and I would love to hear what would be your optimal warmup to be mentally and physically ready before a game. I imagine it’s a combination of what you already shared on breathing, fitness, and habits, but I would love to get your insight for an efficient preparation (how much time before the game, for how long, intensities, when to breathe or when to look up/fix a point for 1 minute.
