Hi! I’ve been living with a rare immune disease called Spondilitis Ankylosa. Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge it can’t be cured. But there’s been a case study of a person treated with IgA successfully (published in Nature in 2019). I haven’t tried it. But I do microdose with psilocybin and it does help me deal with the inflammation. I’ve searched using Perplexity and wasn’t able to find any direct evidence showing that psilocybin could potentially increase production of endogenous IgA. But i’m no neuroscientists, neither am I a doctor. However if you can would it be possible to address this particular question? Can theoretically psilocybin treat the disease by producing general anti inflammatory effects and production of IgA in the body that leads to healing?
My morning routine consists of ingesting many different drinks/foods/supplements. I may be cramming too many things in first thing in the morning. My question is; do certain foods change the benefits if combined together? Such as, taking LMNT, sauerkraut, AG-1, whey protein, cacao with coffee, and fish oil all at the same time, around 7:30am. Your podcasts have changed my life, please keep doing what you're doing! Thanks, Jon
