Hey, I've heard that having your "night sleep" in the day is not good as sleeping regular at night. My job is only at night and ill be happy to know if this is true and if it does true, do you have any tips or anything that can help me maintain healthy body while having this job. Also in other issue, I have mental illness and I have some questions about hormonal balance etc.. and what should i do to deal with it on the body side, I just want to make sure its ok that i'll share it here.
Wondering all the same as the above but wanted to recommend also perhaps an interview/podcast with Jujimufu who underwent a procedure for his knees due to high intensity training and acrobatics - think you two would perhaps have a great conversation that could benefit both sides and help those that suffer from knee and back injuries regardless.
