Long Covid Treatments

Andrew, would love your opinion on potential treatments of long Covid. I know symptoms can range all over the place, but would love to hear you talk about it. My wife is in her 30’s, in shape, eats very healthy, but has been dealing with a wide range of long Covid symptoms. She has been dealing with it since October 2020 and has tried many different treatments with no real luck. I know there are 700,000 people in Colorado dealing with long Covid and I think the medical community really needs to redirect their attention to helping these people. Thanks

Alcohol study on retention 4 groups 1 did not drink the other 3 did on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Drinkers lost 40%

Dear Sir or madam, In one of Dr. Huberman's podcasts an Alcohol study on retention was mentioned. 4 groups All learned something new and complex. 1 group did not drink the other 3 did on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. The exercise was repeated and drinking or not drinking was rotated. In all renditions the drinkers lost 40% no mater which day following they consumed alcohol. Can one of your team refer me to the episode and hopefully the study? I have tried for quite a while and have had no luck :-( I counsel young people and adults. Much of what I do relates to substance abuse (Yes, Alcohol too! ). It will be greatly appreciated and used in my work. I thank you for all the you do. Bob Caustin 775-833-3000

Are nose cones useful?

Regarding nasal breathing, do you have any thoughts on nasal strips or nose cones to complement mouth taping?

Viewing sunlight within the first hours of waking...

I live in Salt Lake City, which is surrounded by many mountains. As a result, one has to wake up relatively late to experience direct sunlight. Is this delayed exposure sufficient? I understand that cloud cover necessitates more time for sunlight exposure. However, what if the sun is behind a mountain? Even though I can still see quite well because of the ambient light, I'm not receiving direct sunlight. P.S. I take Momentous products daily. Happy to learn that they are located right up the hill in Park City!

Involuntary Breath Holding

I tend to hold my breath throughout the day. It happens all the time and I don't notice it until I'm breathing again. It doesn't seem like I'm holding it for very long as I'm not gasping for air. Interestingly enough, it doesn't happen while I'm sleeping (sleep apnea). Why does this happen? Is there a problem with signals from the brain? Trauma response? Also, because I do this, do I have an increased tolerance to CO2? I know people hold their breath on purpose to increase this tolerance.
