You mentioned in the meditation podcast to focus on the are right behind our forehead, but can you elaborate how can we focus our visual attentional spotlight to an area which we can't see? Also does this practice have any additional benefits compared to just focus on breathing, gut and other internal sensations while doing an interoceptive meditation?
I hate to ask this and it has been bugging me for some time. I thought I was having one of those deja vu moments and brushed it off until my wife said something. Some other channels on YouTube promoting AG1 either completely copied your script word for word, right down to the little pauses and tone that you speak or.... Is that in fact a script that AG1 gives out for people to read? I hate to ask that and am asking on here because it might have a better chance of you reading it and I didn't want to post the question publicly on YouTube in the comments.
