What would be the best protocol to achieve full recovery after a right internal carotid artery dissection? I am a 31 yo male after a dissection that happened 11 months ago, it is 100% occluded and I have been feeling constant dizziness and tingling in my head behind the ears for months and I am taking clopidogrel and aspirin, but the doctors are not hopeful that much will change at this stage. Hitting 100% of sleep performance on my Whoop every single day and besides that also implemented creatine and very recently started with BPC-157 and TB-500 which within just one week made things way better, but still a long road of recovery in front of me. Cheers, have a great day! :)
I have recently come across a memory retention technique referred to as the memory palace, also known as the memory of loci technique, whereby one makes connections between cognitive information and familiar physical spaces such as one's childhood bedroom. Is there any peer-reviewed research that suggests the memory of loci technique is beneficial, and have you tried this technique to memorize cognitive information? If you have, what has been your experience?
