In a previous podcast you mentioned not wanting to take ashwaganda regularly and that it was preferable to take later in the day. I noticed that AG1, which you promote, contains ashwaganda. And the general advice is to take AG1 daily in the morning. How should I think about these conflicting pieces of advice?
