There is a lot of anecdotal information on how to decrease the incidence of hot flash symptoms due to menopause. But I was wondering that maybe there is a health benefit? Thermogenesis? Increased metabolism? Increased circulation? Why would you want to suppress a hot flash beyond the feeling of being uncomfortable or night sweats affecting sleep quality.
My 15 year old son is lifting weights and rowing crew. He is healthy. He wants to start using creatine. I can't find solid information on teen use. Layne Norton said it was one of the safest supplements and there had been many studies. Is it a reasonable risk to allow him to use it? (Momentous of course)
