Altitude sickness and travel fatigue

Interested in both as I am going to Nepal to do the Everest Basecamp trek. I didn’t hear during your treatment of the topic on a recent AMA when to start (how long before travel or going to altitude) to start the glutamine supplementation and cyclic hyperventilation technique. (Also the recommended times a day to do the 2-3 rounds of hyperventilation) Also, if you have them, references/links to the studies themselves for me to do further research. Chronic fatigue

Could you share 5 habits to fight chronic fatigue that are really effective, I do Ice baths, some weight lifting, Sauna, yoga, I do the fadogia/TongatAli, also testosterone replacement 50 mg gel… I just giving you all this personal info to show case Chronic fatigue is real and those hacks are not enough for my physiology…. Maybe there are s something else… maybe what would it be the test/exams to make?

What can I do to stop excessive sweating. Doctors dont take me serious when I tell them about my extrem sweating… it is something that make every day live very difficult. (I sweat in my hole body sometimes also when its not even hot) PS: sorry for my bad english I‘m a Fan from germany:)

Latest data on NAD+ IV

Instead of trying NMN as a NAD precursor I decided to experiment with a NAD+ IV. Every 3 weeks I receive 250mg of NAD+. Of all the biohacking activities I have tried this has been hugely impactful on my quality of sleep and experiencing solid energy levels all day. Is there any studies/data on NAD+ or am I experiencing the placebo effect.
