I am wondering whether there is any solid research that has been done on why we dream what we dream. The sleep episode covers a little bit (so does James Walker's book) but not enough for me. I would really like a whole episode dedicated to it.
What information should everyone have about their body (e.g. what blood tests, blood group, does it make sense to use a glucose monitor, hrv, genetic tests...)? I can't do things like Insight tracker - it's too expensive and not in the US and I much rather like to get non-ad information
