If you could one choose one: Sauna vs Cold Plunge?

If we wanted to invest in one or the other............... If we could only choose one for optimal mix of benefits might science point you towards? Sauna or cold plunge?.......... I'm going to guess that "it depends" is quite valid, but is there enough here to talk about and say certain ages, certain conditions, certain body types might get more benefit from x vs y............. and last but not least, thank you for your interest in science:)...... we appreciate you!

Momentous Sleep Supplements - A Plethora

Have been taking Momentous Sleep Packs for almost two months now and it has had a definite effect on my sleep. My issue is primarily with intermittent waking and getting back to sleep. I have zero issues with falling asleep. So my question pertains to what the best solution might be for me as it seems that the trio are intended to address the whole cycle, at least that is the take away I got from your podcast on Sleep. Additionally momentous is now marketing more Sleep supplements, which adds more confusion, so given my target for sleep improvement which molecule(s) might be the right direction for me? I have inquired at Momentous but do not feel they have provides any actionable information. Regards, Michael

Where Tenacity and the high involvement of the Neural structure Anterior Mid Cingulate Cortex produce sensations of "i will, no matter what / i will not , no matter what ... the state Learned Helplessness feels to the animal like "nothing i do matters". Could you give some further hints to understand the phenomenon Learned Helplessness in Neuro-Mechanistic Explanation View? Not psychological construct verbal view pls. The state of Learned Helplessness sucks big time. I would love to deeply understand it, so to avoid it strongly. Thanks Mr Huberman!
