Lost in the day-to-day existential battle I have a sense of lost identity. While I am productive, have a nice well-paid job, a good relationship, my lack of connection to other humans (friends) is low, and my sense of self is lost. I do not know who I am anymore or where to go. This lack of purpose and aim is pretty heavy. What are some tools that you can advise on getting one back up and finding passion and purpose?
Are there any robust data on EMDR and Bilateral stimulation (visual, tactile and sound) in Humans and/or animals as well? (dogs, cats). Can you make an episode dedicated to this topic? With different specific tools, various protocols and how to apply them for best potential positive outcome? etc
On the episode about heat exposure you talk about 80-100 degrees celsius for general rule of thumb. That must be only actuable in saunas though, right? Because a hot shower at more than 45 degrees celsius is going to burn your skin. So what would be the comparable heat measure in the shower
