Gat (Catha edulis) for enhancing energy, lowering blood pressure and blood glucose, improvement of sperm quality and sexual function

a popular kind of supplementation in Israel especially in Yemen originated Jews (they tend to chew on the leaves all day long and tend to have very poor teeth as a result) recently a friend told me she was buying a Gat juice in order to loose weight and that it's supposed to also suppress hunger couldn't find any information on the web (examine.com included), seems to tap in to the dopaminergic system and is also considered a psychoactive drug (includes cathine and cathinone) completely legal though not so easy to find other names according to Wikipedia in Hebrew are: Tohat, Catha, Gat, Ciad, Tschat, Mustsawari would love to hear your opinion on the matter

Engaging kids in tools and protocols

Do you have recommendations on how to convey the inner workings and benefits of tools and protocols for the core concepts of sleep, focus, motivation, stress, etc to preteen and teen age kids? Would you consider doing a podcast series aimed at preteens, teens and young adults?

Growth mindset vs goal setting

In your podcast on Growth Mindset, you clearly talk about the need to de-link performance from identity; praise should be directed at effort and not labels. Whereas I have read other credible literature that says linking your goals to your identity is the best way to achieve them as well as building lasting habits. Eg instead of saying "I want to run a marathon" (linked to goal), say "I am a runner" (linked to identity). I find these two concepts a bit contradictory, how would you explain them? thanks.
