PMDD treatments and causes

Hello Huberman Labs, thank you for all the hard work you and your team do! I’ve been a long time “watcher” of your pod cast. We saw you on Lex Friedmans pod cast right before you started your own. We’ve been watching ever since! Your pod cast on Palmer Cooling actually saved me heat exhaustion last year! So thank you! Anyways my question is about PMDD treatment and cause. I help with a support group for this disorder and I was wondering if you could do a podcast on this subject? One of our moderators lost her battle with PMDD and the topic doesn’t get talked about often and a lot of women are suffering in silence. We have well over 13k members who are just suffering and some lose hope. More research needs to be done on this disorder and getting the word out without being dismissed is difficult. Older health care providers also dismiss some women’s concerns about it and go untreated and dismissed. It would so helpful to have the science behind this and some good protocols to help with the symptoms! Thanks for taking the time to read this and consideration! Sincerely, Carrie A.

Do Andrew Huberman use any daily hair regrowth products

Hi Andrew, do you use any hair regrowth products. I see your hair density seem improved a lot recently. (Not sure if this is a placebo effect after watched your hair loss ep though.)

Better to prioritize more sleep or your circadian rhythm?

Is it better to prioritize 8 hours of sleep every night or waking up at the same time everyday? For example, if I go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 5 am everyday, but some nights I’m unable to get to bed until 10 or 11 pm, should I push back my wake up time 1 or 2 hours to get a full 8 hours of sleep, or sacrifice sleep duration (getting 6 or 7 hours of sleep) to wake up at the same time everyday?

How much body fat is "too much"

Hi, big fan. I'm aware it's a subjective thing. Im 35 years old, very active. I recently did a dexa scan, 25% body fat. I have only 1 pound of viseral fat. Aesthetics aside... do you think I would be healthier/live longer at say 20% than 25%?

Sleepless nights

I don't sleep well. I wake up multiple times and yet not rested. I take Trazodone now. I just ordered AG1 Pouch.
