Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency affects 400 million people and predisposes them to red blood cell breakdown (a result of oxidative stress from poor glutathione recycling in the red blood cell). Most of the time, individuals affected have no symptoms. Some supplements mentioned in the scientific literature are vitamin B2, vitamin E, NAC, α-Lipoic acid, and liposomal glutathione. I believe a lot of people will benefit from Dr Huberman's thoughts.
Having trouble finding reputable information on sauna temp with humidity. Our sauna(wood stove fired) is of the dry type, however on the north west coast our humidity in the sauna is 60-80% without water on the rocks. Temp inside gets to 60-80C. I’ve heard the 200 rule, 200 -humidity=temp it should be in F for comfortable sauna experience, but does this low temp in my case get you the max benefit?
