My sleep keeps getting interrupted by Restless Legs Syndrome. I know there are other sleep disruptors that also interrupt sleep. Is there any research into what causes this, and solutions for stopping it? It would seem it's some kind of neurological problem rather than an imbalance of nutrients because nothing I've tried has worked.
Hey Andrew, I am a psychotherapist and I love learning the science behind many of our practices. I am intrigued by your views on melatonin. I work with a lot of kids and teens, and most psychiatrists and pediatric doctors recommend melatonin when asked about sleep issues. I know you mention it's not good for kids and teens while going through puberty and more generally that it's not good for addressing sleep issues. Please help me clarify this so I can have more informed dialogue with my colleagues/doctors about this! Thanks you!
