Dear Andrew, in a couple of episodes about the gut microbiome you touched on the importance of not over-sanitising your environment. As a fulltime sanitising guru I would love to hear your advice on how to apply a sanitising protocol which strikes the right balance between preventing diseases and building a strong immune system. As I have said before, thank you so much for all your continuing efforts, I can't express how much I value you as a person.
As long as I can remember back, I hardly can recall any memory of my childhood or adolescence. I am 53 now and have massive problems remembering activities, events or things we did on our family holidays of the past 10 years. I also have trouble recalling any activity I did the day before unless it was a major special event. It believe I had a good childhood, have not been abused. It makes me sad and also scares me that I don’t have many memories. What could be the reason for this and is there a way to “free” my memories?
A bummer of getting older is injury recovery. What is recommended to avoid and manage injuries to keep exercising an hour or so per day? I‘ve been running near daily for 7 years now. Early 50s and for the first time have a hip injury that’s interfering with my daily regimen and goals. I got a Dr appointment but it’s a month away and hopefully will be helpful. How can we keep our muscles and joints maximally operable and pain free? Thanks!!
