I am interested in whether using a vibration plate daily would be a helpful thing for general core strength, and specifically whether it could help my balance problems or promote healing of muscles/ligaments in knees and shoulders from injuries. I have also heard that some people who are unable to do any other exercise and are overweight will use it for losing weight. Any substance to that? Here below is a sample product that Amazon sells. Love the podcast,! Thanks! Rob https://www.amazon.ca/Lifepro-vibrating-plate-exercise-machine-bone-density/dp/B07QJ2K219
Hello, in the past I had some problems with the casino slots, and I managed to stop paying attention to them for a few months. I recently returned to this toxic habit and I feel terrible. I hope you have some tips on how to break this bad habit once and for all. Thank you
All indications suggest I’m very fit and healthy, I exercise regularly, I have good body composition, and I get 6-8 hours sleep most nights. But my HRV according to my whoop tracker is consistently in the 20s (ms). This is the only thing that causes me anxiety as I am told it’s a lead indicator for premature death. Having done a battery of tests to find any underlying cause and still coming up with nothing, how concerned should I be about HRV?
