How to Optimize Your Water Episode - Sparkling water question

Great podcast on optimizing water for health! I drink about 40 oz of Perrier sparkling water during the work day and probably only 10-15 oz of filtered water. Based on your comments about the better absorption of higher PH water, should I rotate away from sparkling? Thanks!

Nervous system and sleep

I am recovering from a multiyear bout of insomnia. Seasonally i get a pain on the left side of my neck and head and to a lesser extent it radiates through the left side of my body. One of the most frustrating components that accompany this seasonal symptom that takes place in spring is my inability to exercise through it. Exercise seems to stimulate this symptom and makes my sleep worse and recovery worse no matter the time of day exercise is done. I am doing all of the low hanging fruits and much more. Any ideas on how i can overcome this hurdle?
