Nutrition for maximum cognitive function

I am a law student from Germany and will attend 6 5-hour-exams in september as finals. I was wondering, whether you would recommend fasting (as recommended in various interviews and videos of yours) also for such a long bout of cognitive stress. Obviously I see the advantages of fasting, but still tend to worry whether or not my glycogen levels and therefore cognitive function will break down a couple of hours into the exam. Would be very pleased to hear your take on that matter. Best Regards and thanks for your work Marc
