Is there a downside to a of a vagotomy?

Heard about pulsed electromagnetic field therapy devices for strengthening pelvic floor muscles affecting a multitude of issues and would love to know if there is good science behind these and how to find a quality product. Stopping Rumination

Is breathwork legit?

Is there any research about breathwork and healing from trauma? If so, is there a certain type of breathwork that is most effective?

Better out than in

Not a question just a statement. I have always struggled with cramping more than I thought I should. After hearing you say that caffeine interacts with the kidneys in a way that excretes excessive sodium I began supplementing salt more but I did not notice a difference. When on vacation in El Salvador I was drinking excessive coffee and alchohol and not drinking enough water. I got extremely constipated and did not have a movement for a week. After multiple enemas and suppositories a got things moving again. But during that week I was extremely prone to cramping in places I usually don’t. And muscle twitching. After some research I realized that my symptoms were reflective of low potassium. I quit coffee and added potassium and I’ve never been this regular with bowel movements in my life. And it’s been an issue for 12 years I believe the diuretic effects of coffee coupled with the water I was taking to make sure I was hydrated was flushing my system of electrolytes. Y’all talk alot about caffeine and I think you should know this
