TBI tools and PCS recovery

Hi Andrew Huberman, Creatine has made an major impact for PCS symptoms, and I wonder what other life changing tools are available. Why does PCS happen? What are some tools to assist with recovery from TBI/PCS? Is it true that inflammation happens more frequently with TBI/PCS and that causes the symptoms? If so, why? Or is the brain deficient and that is causing the symptoms? There are many treatments for TBI/PCS (vision/vestibular/PT, etc), but I wonder about what's happening in the brain that makes it not heal. Thank you so much for your podcast and research.

Overnight shift

I work 12 hr overnight shifts. How can I best schedule myself for training, eating, and sleeping?

OMAD in general - do you recommend?

I see a number of other questions regarding OMAD (one meal a day) strategies and tactics, and I’m wondering if this is something that you recommend in general, or recommend people stay away from, what the pros and cons are etc. Since I’ve been listening to you, I’ve lost more weight and gained more fitness back than I had imagined was possible, I’ve done as many of the things that you recommended as I’m capable of at 64, and I’m working hard to do the most effective work on myself for the time that I have left here on Earth. I have tried intermittent fasting as well as multiple day fasting, and it’s really difficult given my social schedule, but I think OMAD has had the best likelihood of me sticking with it. I’m concerned about the potential of over eating, and other things, and I’m hoping you’ll consider discussing it. If you’ve already given it time on the podcast or in one of the side discussions, I’d love a link, if possible, or a way to search through all your contant. I surmise that, because there are other questions here about 0MAD that have not yet been answered, that, perhaps it’s a subject that hasn’t been deeply discussed. I don’t remember it, anyway, but I don’t remember everything these days. Love being a supporter!

Trauma-dissociations, flashbacks aso.

I work in a psychiatric rehabilitation clinic. Many of our patients have experienced multiple, severe trauma experiences. Dissociations, with and without visual flashbacks, deep fears, uncontrollable triggers and thus unpredictable physical symptoms characterize these patients. I wonder what could really help to release the patients from these triggers or memories, except to sedate them like zombies. How do they actually develop in the brain? Thank you, kind regards Sonja from Austria

Learning and having a neurodivergent brain

Is there any studies done for people with neurodivergent brains? I struggle on day to day bases because of my hypersensitive and ADHD. I haven’t found anything that could help me learn better, other than meditation, which increases my focus. I constantly struggle to learn and it takes a lot of effort for me.
