How would I use cyclic hyperventilation for stress inoculation and how would I use it to make myself alert when I’m feeling unmotivated or lazy? Can I get more information about how to use cyclic hyperventilation for stress inoculation and any information for stress inoculation whatsoever?
How would I train myself to respond a certain way when startled, mainly the response where the arms move to a protective position to cover the head? How can I train myself to respond more quickly to a stimulus when I get startled? How can I train myself to startle to certain stimuli that I or anyone normally don't startle to, and also train myself to respond a certain way to that stimulus? (I'm hoping to gain more information in addition to Coach Tony Blauer's SPEAR System training. I do already know about him as a resource.)
