Love your podcast Andrew! I am very fit (strength train 3-4 days a week; run 2 days per week; keep active) but I"m also overnourished according to my DEXA scan. I know I need to continue strength training, keep protein up, reduce calories, but not too much. And now there's a bunch of confusing research that shows that your body/metabolism adapts to fewer calories and more activity. What do we know about how to lose body fat and maintain muscle?

SARMS & steroids for muscle mass loss

I lost muscle mass from Covid bout at the very beginning. Then I was locked out of my normal strength routine because of closures. I’d really like to regain the mass I lost. Considering using SARMS or even a round of steroids to accelerate progress. Thanks
