Effects of exogenous ketones
Dear Andrew, are there good studies on the effects of exogenous ketone supplements such as R-1,3-Butanediol? Especially what are the long-term effects on the liver, where they are converted to ketones, and the brain, both before and after conversion? Thank you and best, David

Help for pain from Scar Tissue and soft tissue damage from knee replacement. When I move my knee you hear and feel something like catching but I've been told it's just scar tissue. The pain that was in my knee is gone it's just the soft tissue on each side of the cap and the feeling of something catching that I wish I could repair.

Read an article in my feed about the epigenetic effects of cannabis and wondered if you could expound upon methylation levels in DNA and what that all means... I didn't quite follow. I have a science background as a geologist, so I understand chemistry and geochemical relationships. But the genome is something I studied in AP bio before college.
