Leg Workout Routine

Recommendations of a leg workout for men over 40 for strength, balance and mobility.

Where do you recommend I purchase GABA and Glycine from?

I checked Momentous for both, but couldn't find either one.

What are the best ways to gain weight as an ectomorph?

I am 23, male, and for most of my teenage to adult life I have weighed about 110 pounds. I have been trying to gain weight for years now but it can be very difficult to do that. The most common advice out there is to just eat more but my only issue with that is that I have some sort of sensitivity to most foods(Undiagnosed), so when I do eat I usually don't feel good afterwards and often it triggers a headache/migraine; Most commonly noticed in dairy, gluten, and sugars(especially artificial sugars). I am attempting to find a balance between eating as healthy as I can but still getting a lot of calories, protein, and carbs. Of course, I am on a budget, otherwise this would probably be easier! I also have a hard time eating as much as I'm told I need to. Sometimes I'm just not hungry or I am full and really would be forcing food down just to gain weight, but is that then at the cost of my digestive system? I will say, I was never a breakfast person and I had started eating breakfast more often and since doing so, I have managed to gain 5 pounds; those 5 pounds, thankfully, were here to stay. Any advice or even resources to others who know great deal about this subject would be greatly appreciated. Much love, Andrew. You have changed my life.

Resting heart rate and HRV

I am a 45 year-old male. I place college basketball and have done several marathons and triathlons (although I haven't done any of those for a few years now). My current resting heart rate is in the high 40s to low 50s. I workout consistently, but could probably increase my Zone 2 cardio. However, my HRV is consistently in the high 20s and low 30s. Why is this? (I had a cardiac ablation a 4 years ago, but I looked at my Whoop data and my HRV was also low prior to the ablation).

Female fitness and muscle strength

I'm hoping you may be able to make a podcast specifically for womens fitness and muscle strength. I realise it's been briefly covered in other podcasts, however, most of the research is directly related to men's health. And let's face it, women are a special bunch due to their hormone fluctuations and size. I'm in a particularly special group as I'm only 5'3" which means I'm already calorie restricted and trying to eat the suggest amount of macros sends my caloric intake through the roof. I'm also 50 yrs old and perimenopause, so all sorts a biomarkers are fluctuating, so much so that my ADHD medication stopped working to the point that there is no point taking it, and am trialling HRT (this is horrifying as I'm 3.5 yrs into a psychology degree and suddenly can't string two sentences together let alone write an essay; there's another podcast in itself). I'm struggling to know how to balance food and exercise to achieve my hypertrophy goals and figured I can't be the only female in the situation. Please help 🙏
