Altitude sickness

Hello, Andrew! First of all, thank you for your immense contribution to public education! I'm a mountain guide and have heard many opinions and tried many practices that presumably prevent altitude sickness. But are there any methods, routines and supplements that are actually scientifically backed for avoiding altitude sickness, enchancing acclimatization and physical performance in low oxygen environments, apart from the classic medicines like acetazolamide and dexamethasone, which are used to treat (severe) altitude sickness symptoms when they are already present?

How to setup good fitness basis for young age children (4 years)

At 4-year old, my child is very receptive to new habits. This may not last long! I feel it's a good moment to anchor good healthy fitness habits. But, the incredible fitness protocol you describe are often designed for adults. How about children? At what age is it recommended to start fitness activities ? What are the best protocols / exercises for 4 years old+ ?

Supplementation for Cancer survivors?

Hello Dr Huberman, I am a cancer survivor who has a genetic defect ( MSH6/Lynch syndrome. I received chemotherapy approx 9 years ago(Adriamycin, Taxol) Due to the HER+ cancer I am unable to dose any female hormonal supplements. I am (post-menopausal) struggling with increased sub-cutaneous fat levels and brain fog. Currently taking cognitive support supplements which have been helpful. (Alpha GPC, Tyrosine, Acetyl N Carnitine, Brain drive and Omega 3). Also taking Magnesium Threonate & Inositol for sleep support. Are there any other supplements recommended cancer survivors? Thank you

Time Restricted Eating Question

What is the effect of a "cheat day" when doing time restricted eating? E.g., 8 hour feeding window Monday-Saturday, and have breakfast Sunday? Would 60 days of straight TRE differ much from 60 days where every 7th day you don't hold to TRE? (Not gorging myself, just not waiting until noon to eat)
