Waking up in the Dark

What can we do when we wake up early in the morning before the sun is up and we can’t benefit of the direct sunlight exposure for a better wake up and the to help the circadian rhythm?

Migraine Headaches

I was wondering if you could do an episode on migraine headaches and chronic migraine. Are there any new studies that you could tell us about that shed light on the cause of migraines? Are there any studies that show protocols or supplements to prevent migraines or ease the pain associated with them? New treatments? Could you talk about about migraine aura? I’d also love to hear about the link between migraines and mental health. Thank you!

Protein Intake

I listen to both The Drive podcast by Dr Peter Attia and Lifespan by Prof David Sinclair. And I found they offer what seem to me contradiction with regard to protein intake for longevity. Prof Sinclair suggests a lower protein/vegetarian diet in combination with TRF to lower mTOR while Dr Attia suggests a higher protein diet (2g/kg of lean mass) and said in one of the AMA that it is impossible to utilize all 150g of protein in one sitting for muscle protein synthesis. Can you provide your view on this area? Thank you very much

Optimum Eye Health Protocol for Aging

I'm staring at 50 and noticing my vision (close and far) deteriorating. What are the best eye exercises, supplements, food, protection practices (sun, screen), etc. for the aging eye? If possible, I'd love to hear information about pingueculas and pterygiums (yup, had to search how to spell both), as well. Thank you for your time, advice, and generous sharing philosophy!

Does cold weather really make you sick?

As I've been doing more deliberate cold water exposure, I've also wondered about the benefits of cold weather exposure - i.e. not wearing a jacket when I'm out and about in the cold. Similarly, I've wondered if I really need to bundle up my young children to go play outside if there are benefits to cold exposure. However, there's a pretty common understanding that cold weather can make you sick. Is this true, or just an old wives' tale?
