Prostate health

Dear Andrew, I would also like to kindly request an episode on Prostate health. Last year I randomly tested my PSA which was quite elevated and after MRI scans as well as a biopsy (during the course of over 1.5 years, I was told it was due to inflammation (I have had no symptoms at all but my PSA remains elevated). My doctor gave me antibiotics for 6 weeks, which had no effect at all, and recommended frequent monitoring through more MRIs, and blood tests which are super stressful and increase my anxiety to the point that my health suffers more from that than any prostate issues. So I have been trying out various supplements like saw palmetto, cranberries, green tea, and turmeric based on my limited research and would obviously want to know more about this from someone like you. Finally, I would like to know if the morning cold exposure (in my case showers), would have a positive impact e.g. reducing inflammation or a negative impact as I've heard cold is not very good for the prostate Many thanks Andrew I look forward to hearing from you

Finding the right physician, ideological alignment.

1. In your most recent podcast with Lex Fridman, you mentioned good and bad psychologists. - How does a layman identify and select a “good” psychologist/psychiatrist, to provide deep, actionable insights. 2. How does one find a good primary care physician who subscribes to, as Dr. Attia describes as “Medicine 3.0?” Thank you!

Blood donation vs leach therapy

I feel good physically after donating blood. Why is this? Are there recognized leach therapies? Pros/cons

Peptides and Mental Health

Hello Dr. Huberman! On your 7th AMA episode you mentioned that peptides could have benefits for mental health, but you did not go into great depth on which peptides and what mental health conditions. Could you please elaborate further on this topic? Thank you!

Navigating Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)

Dear Dr. Huberman, I hope this message finds you well. My wife has been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS), and I'm concerned that my 2-year-old daughter may also have symptoms. I hope you can share insights on the following aspects of EDS: - Identification: How can EDS be accurately identified, especially in very young children? - Gender Susceptibility: Is there any scientific evidence to suggest that EDS is more likely to affect women? - Treatments and Medical Procedures: What are the promising treatments or interventions for managing EDS? - Supplements and Nutrition: Are there specific supplements or dietary recommendations for EDS? - Exercise and Lifestyle Protocols: Could you suggest targeted exercises or lifestyle changes that might help manage EDS? Your guidance would be very helpful in helping my family navigate this situation. Thank you for your time!
