Are there any protocols or supplements I could be doing to help support my daughter's developing brain? She is 7 and is currently taking a multivitamin. Screen time is limited, she plays outside and eats fresh fruits and vegetables most every meal. I struggled with dyslexia for many years and would like to give her greatest chance to circumvent those issues. Thank you for all you do! Best, Christine B
Next week for my 46th birthday, will be getting routine colonoscopy! I want to know what's the best way to build the microbiome back to where was pre-procedure prep? I currently eat very well, and exercise and drink my AG1, so I'm getting amazing nutrients daily and function regularly....since the prep will obliterate the entire lining of the colon curious if there is anything that will help it get back up to speed swiftly
Hey Dr. Huberman and team, I’m wondering if Andrew has ever tried Vibro-Acoustic Sound Therapy? Something like this https://vibrosoundhealing.com/ I was looking through other questions to see if anyone else had asked. Theres nothing on VAT but there’s quite a few questions about the shapes and patterns that sound creates in sand on a vibrating plate and in water (Cymatics), which VAT does emit low frequency sound into the body so you would expect the cells to be vibrating with these patterns. I know some of the research around VAT suggest it can increase nitric oxide, which humming can do as well, stimulate the PSNS (Vagus nerve) and as far as I know the FDA approves VAT for decreasing pain, increasing circulation and lowering inflammation. There seems to be a lot of research on it, I don’t know the difference between good and bad research, everything from long covid to sports recovery to sleep and Parkinson’s. Would love to know your thoughts or see an episode on the effects of VAT and humming.
