You talk a lot about the many benefits of creatine including energy and anti-depressant effects. Can it cause anxiety, agitation or nervousness too? I’m someone who’s dealt with both anxiety and depression together, so many anti-depressant remedies cause a hyper feeling, making anxiety worse. Often the case with caffeine too. Nothing like being “wired-tired” :(
Welp, not sure what happened with the last submission but “take 2!” First of all, thank you for doing what you do!! Would you consider doing an episode of segment that focuses on the well-being of first responders and medical staff? For example, how can they best support themselves with fluctuating/unpredictable sleep patterns from answering emergency calls? Dealing with trauma? Extra protection with environmental hazards like smoke? Anything that can aid to balance the times at work where they’re not able to adhere to a routine or control the unique circumstances of their environments.
