CSF and positive effects of slowing and the normalizing to brain

First of all, LOVELOVELOVE all of your podcasts and THANK YOU for all that you do My question has to do with this unscientifically asked. If I lay back in a chair and stretch backwards the mid back is lying over the back of the chair and small pillow. It slows the CSF flow to my brain and I notice a dizzy effect that I can maintain breathing deeply for a time maybe a minute. When I sit up right and the CSF returns normally I feel a sense of euphoria. Is this dangerous or harmful or us it ok to do? Why would this happen and thereby creative a positive effect that I want to replicate and f it is not beneficial or is it? Thank you!!! Dianne Hope to see you hiking here on windy Hill one of these days!!

TBI

What’s the newest research in traumatic brain injury? I have been recovering from one from a bicycle accident for 17 years. It affected my cerebellum. So my balance, vision (blind spot in lower right quadrant) and speech (a little slower) are affected. I do everything I can to to improve: nutrition, sleep, meditation, no alcohol. I practice yoga and Qi Gong. I do resistance training with a personal trainer. I did neurofeedback and OT for vision. It’s all helped, but I’ll never ride my bike or drive again. I know all brain injuries vary, but are any researchers or centers helping people with moderate to severe TBI? I hope it’s not too late for me. I’m 67. I’m grateful for your podcast. I’ve learned a lot!

Save money grow muscles

What strategy would you suggest for someone who wants to save money but also grow muscle mass and strength not just maintain? Ive cut my exercise down to about a third of what i was doing and im spending about 2/3 of what i was before. If i workout more to gain muscle i eat more therefore spending more is there a way i can gain strength and hypertrophy on an animal based diet while also saving money on food?

Dr Joe Dispenza

Now that would be an interesting podcast!

MNM

Hi Andrew, wondering if you are aware of any anecdotal or scientifically researched side effects(positive/negative) from taking MNM? I have been taking 500mg a day (with resveratrol) for the past 8 months; feel fabulous and very happy with it, however one side effect I have noticed is an increase in genital mucus production (not a bad outcome for a 58 yr old woman!) ... wondering if there is any documention of this or any other side effects? (I have tried to research via my uni library, without success). LOVE your show! Jo
