Premium Summaries

It would be awesome if you could do more one-page summaries such as you've done for the Foundational Fitness Protocol and article (https://hubermanlab.com/foundational-fitness-protocol/). Perhaps these could be bundled through the Premium subscription - or additional-donation paid downloads like examine.com offers. Strech goal: a holistic summary (the summary of summaries!) for optimal living year round (work, rest and play). With references to the science that sits behind each principal (links to episodes etc).

Science of intention

Here is a very interesting study on intention that author James Clear uncovered: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNeXuCYiE0U It would be amazing if you could do an episode on intention.

Please could you interview Michael Mosley from the BBC

Following HubermanLab interview: "Dr. Chris Palmer: Diet & Nutrition for Mental Health" I read his book Brain Energy - which was excellent and lead me to do some research into Keto. Dr Michael Mosley's books on Keto come up at the top of the list on Amazon as highest rated, no fuss, mediterranean inspired. We've bought a couple of his books which have been instant hits out home here.

Are smart watches bad?

Hello, if your last AMA you mentioned that you've stopped using Bluetooth earphones, so I'm wondering if a smart watch in airplane mode with Bluetooth and wi-fi disabled is still considered unhealthy?

Fasting questions

You say sticking to the same feeding schedule is very important. I usually use a 15/9 fasting schedule, (7pm - 10am fast) but 2-3 times per week I am doing 20/4. Is this messing up my circadian rhythm etc and am I better off sticking to the same everyday. I’ve been doing the longer fasting sessions to try and promote autophagy 2-3 days per week. How long does one need to fast for to put the body into autophagy and what the best strategy to achieve this? Always love the content and learned so much from your podcast. Thanks!
