Does a session of yoga nidra/NSDR mitigate the ill-effects of a night of poor sleep, especially relating to brain health? I like to do a 20-30 minute session after my morning walk especially when I haven’t slept well during the night. It definitively helps me feel less tired and more productive during the rest of the day, but I am curious to know if the benefits go beyond my subjective feelings?
I love to workout hard and challenge my body to be strong and healthy. What I am finding though is that I struggle to sleep well the night after my workouts because my legs throb so much. My arms don't throb, just my legs. I would love to be able to not have this happen as I don't want to back off of my lifting/cardio training. I am a physical therapist and former collegiate athlete. I feel I am appropriately loading during my workouts. I would love your input and recommendations for how I can get my legs to not throb every night after my workouts and disrupt my sleep??? Thanks so much!!
Hi team HL Not so much a question as a suggestion for the AMA page(s). I'm new to the platform and really appreciate everything Andrew and the Lab team are doing - it's great information, regularly consumed and frequently actioned! In the AMA pages though, they go back to the beginning of time. Would it be possible to create an archive of questions reviewed and answered so that there are only 10's not 100's or possibly 1,000's of quesitons to read and Up Vote? Thanks PS
