An episode dedicated to Europeans

Hello, dear Andrew! You surely know that many of those interested in your activity and following your podcast are in Europe. Thus, many of the products and services, events, experiments and trials that you mention in your episodes are not available to them. An episode dedicated to Europeans, with specific indications fully applicable to them, would be useful. You could also invite some European researchers. I would be very pleased to see a dialogue between you and Valter Longo, for example. I'm curious how you would get along and, above all, what exactly you would ask him. Thanks and take care! Safe Sunscreens and Skin Aging?

What brands of sunscreen are safe for consumers, and what does Dr. Huberman recommend ? By "safe" I mean without containing elements that cross the blood-brain barrier and/or damage your brain and/or other organs. Most people do not know how to properly read an ingredients label, and even those that are somewhat informed can find themselves confused by many ingredients. What are some ingredients that one should certainly avoid?

Modern Myths, or Fact; Plastic and Pesticide Exposure

I feel like more people should be aware about the potential negative effects that’s caused by exposure to plastics, pesticides, preservatives, and dyes. From produce at the grocery store to our clothing, hygiene, and many more daily-use products that are exposing us to toxins, what can we do ensure our health isn’t compromised?

Moonlight effect on Sleep

I have not heard you mention the effect of exposing oneself (ie sleeping outside) to moonlight during sleep. Has this been studied? Shall one close currents on bright moonlight nights or sleep directly in the beam?

Neroplasticity in Adults Born Preterm

How does the gestational age at which an individual is born prematurely (moderate, very, or extremely preterm) impact the neuroplasticity of their adult brain, particularly in functions like attention, focus, performance, and working memory? Can preterm adults enhance these cognitive abilities throughout life similarly to those born full-term? Furthermore, if a preterm adult has ADHD, is their potential for improvement in focus and attention comparable to that of a full-term individual with ADHD? I was born at 27 weeks on the day the FDA approved surfactant. Luckily, I am now 33 and my only serious health complication is ADHD. I am very interested in the field of neuroplasticity in general, but am especially interested in the health and plasticity of a brain born extremely preterm. Best, Casea
